We ship all orders received by 12:00 pm on business days within 48 hours. Orders received outside of our hours of operation will be processed within the next two business days.

Shipping within Canada
FREE Local Delivery: PENTICTON, BC only. Item(s) will be delivered right to your door FREE of charge. You may also pick up our item(s) from Penticton Studio. You will receive an email to make arrangements and to set up an appointment.
Oversized Letter: This option is available for most jewelry purchases. The packages will be shipped via regular mail so there is no tracking and no set delivery time.
Standard with Tracking: Arrives within 1-7 business days of shipping date. Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Tracking number will be emailed once the item(s) are shipped.
Expedited with Tracking: Arrives within 1-5 business days of shipping date. Includes tracking number and $100 insurance. Tracking number will be emailed once the item(s) are shipped.
USPS Small Packet US Air: This option does not include tracking. There is no set delivery time. Customs can slow down shipping times.
USPS Expedited with Tracking: Arrives within 1-7 business days of shipping date. Includes tracking. Tracking number will be emailed once the item(s) are shipped. Customs can slow down shipping times.
International Shipping outside of the USA: Arrives within 1-21 days of shipping date depending on location. Customs can slow down shipping times.
Carla Bee is not responsible for any customs fees involved with the delivery of packages for international orders.
We happily accept returns and exchanges of non-sale items within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. If you have any issues with your order and before you send anything back, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work out the best solution. If we agree you should send an item back in order to receive a refund or exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
No refunds will be given for custom work.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
